Company
Industry Analytics is a computational systems firm. It exists to take operational problems that do not fit a product, formulate them rigorously, and engineer the software that solves them in production.
What this is.
- Applied software engineering with optimisation, modelling and decision systems at the centre.
- Work that spans analysis and production — not a report that another team is expected to implement.
- A B2B practice for organisations whose operations are constrained, large, or unusually specific.
What this is not.
- A general software development agency or staff-augmentation shop.
- A dashboard and reporting studio.
- An “AI transformation” consultancy. Machine learning is used when the problem warrants it.
Where the methods apply.
The company name is Industry Analytics. The work is not limited to heavy industry. The same computational approach applies wherever an organisation must allocate scarce resources, plan under constraints, or control a live operation — including logistics, infrastructure, property, manufacturing, energy, financial operations, professional services and other asset- or workforce-intensive businesses.
We do not claim a completed sector specialism we have not established. Fit is determined by the structure of the problem, not by a list of logos.
Working together.
Serious operational problems arrive as conversations, not as tickets. If the difficulty is real, write with enough context to discuss it.
If the problem is operationally hard, start there.
A useful conversation begins with the decision that is currently made by heuristic, spreadsheet or committee — and with the constraints that make it difficult.
