What this site is
The public website is an informational site with a contact form. It is not an account product. There is no customer login and no analytics tracker installed in the current build.

Enquiries
If you submit the contact form, we process the name, organisation, work email, optional phone number, selected problem area and message in order to understand the enquiry and reply. A hidden anti-spam field is also submitted; it is not used for any other purpose. Messages are sent by email using a server-side mail provider when that provider has been configured.
Cookies
The current site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Essential cookies would only be introduced if a feature that requires them is later installed. A consent banner will be added only if cookies that require consent are actually used.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to continue a professional conversation. There is no marketing list built from the form.
